Rihanna was subpoenaed on Tuesday in the assault case against Chris Brown...

Chris Brown will appear in L.A. Superior Court on Today June 22, but will not Have to take the witness stand.


On February 8, Chris Brown allegedly beat Rihanna hours before she was scheduled to perform at the Grammy Awards 2008. Chris Brown pleaded not guilty to felony assault and making criminal threats for the alleged incident on April 7 in L.A. Court.
